NamcoBandai has announced that a new playable character will be available in all versions of the upcoming [i]Pac-Man World Rally[/i]. Pac-Devil was specifically created for this game. Sporting devil red skin, purple horns, and blue gloves, this new character is shaping up to be a new fan favorite and welcomed edition to the Pac-man franchise.
