Developer Bethesda Softworks announced today that their latest add-on pack for Oblivion will be released on Thursday, August 31st on both Xbox Live and on OblivionDownloads.com. The pack, titled "Spell Tomes", will feature hundreds of additional magical books, which grant the reader new spell abilities and will cost only $.99
