    Osu!

I still prefer more old-school rhythm games like StepMania where the keyboard is the main input instead of the mouse, but Osu! is a great free rhythm game nonetheless, given the lack of these on PC. The online community is also fantastic with lots of new songs being added all the time.

If you could only play three games...

Well with only 3 games the focus would probably be on replayability DotA 2, endless permutations of heroes and items, no two games are the same. Skyrim due to the immense open world, with a wide array of mods giving you so many more hours of gameplay. Minecraft for something more casual, but...

Hey guys! Recommend me some cheap PC games that I can sink time into!

I guess it depends on what genre you like, and whether you prefer indie games or more established developers? In any case, for great multiplayer games you could consider Terraria, which is like a 2D version of Minecraft. If you're more action-oriented and competitive League of Legends or DotA...

    Virtual reality

Virtual reality technology is still in its infancy, buying an Oculus Rift now would definitely be a pricey investment with questionable performance. I would wait a few more years, hopefully they will nail it in a decade and mass-manufacture it at an affordable price.

    Do you play Emulator games?

The main emulator I use is the GBA/DS emulator for mobile phones, so that I can play Pokemon on my phone. Generally I find Playstation or Xbox emulators to have much more performance issues, probably due to their higher graphical requirements.

    Steam Valentine Sale

http://store.steampowered.com/sale/valentine/ I believe that this is a first for Steam. Lots of decent co-op titles on sale here, including Don't Starve Together, Terraria, Battleblock Theater and Lethal League. What do you think this spells for Steam? Will we be seeing mini-sales for...

    Dark Souls!

Dark Souls in my opinion is the best game in the series, being extremely unforgiving and challenging (as a throwback to the 90s games) It's a real shame that they reduced the difficulty of Dark Souls 2. I'd recommend the first game over that any day.

    Do you play browser games?

I used to play Kingdom of Loathing and Neopets, but it feels like most browser games have declined into obscurity nowadays. Probably because it's so easy to download a game client now with better internet speeds and hardware. Also the prevalence of Facebook games and mobile games have probably...

What is your favorite game from the GTA series?

GTA IV would be my favorite! I've yet to play GTA V but based on the reviews for the console version I feel that it will be my favorite series on the PC soon :) There's plenty to do in the game and the open world rivals that of Skyrim in my humble opinion.

Who knows how to play Chess?

I play chess casually, but I don't like playing with "pros" since I dislike rote memorization. It's quite sad that the game has devolved into predefined openings which give either side an advantage. I'd much rather play against a person that hasn't learned any openings as well so we are start...

    Where is everyone?

Many MMOs are dying, sadly. I used to play Runescape but quit after they changed many things about the game, including removal of the Wilderness, preventing free trade and introducing microtransactions. Nowadays it seems like people prefer instant gratification, playing multiplayer games that...

    Steam Trading Cards

Even if you're not invested into it consider just listing them on the community market. It could translate into a few dollars, which could get you that game on sale or at least some DLC.

What do you guys snack on while gaming?

I wouldn't eat at the computer while gaming, there's plenty of literature which shows that computer keyboards are really filthy and full of bacteria. The bigger concern should be protecting yourself from food poisoning! At most I would probably have a can of soda to drink while playing games.

    Favorite game music

Bastion's music and announcer were amazing, it really helped to add to the ambience. However when it comes to epic OSTs in my opinion Japanese games are far superior. Just see how popular the Final Fantasy soundtrack is, and little wonder since it is performed by a full ensemble.

    Quirky Games Thread

Thomas Was Alone is a pretty nifty platformer. You play as a rectangle, and you encounter other shapes along the way. There actually was some pretty good storytelling for an indie title. http://store.steampowered.com/app/220780/

    Steam Trading Cards

I've wasted loads of money crafting card badges haha. It can be a gamble at times just like unboxing crates in TF2, CS:GO and DotA 2 since you can actually make money off expensive, rare backgrounds and emoticons. At the very least you gain some xp towards your Steam profile level which allows...

    LoveLive! School Idol Festival

I've played the game casually (haven't spent any money on it). It's a pretty good rhythm game for mobile phones! My favorite character would be Maki :3

Why are comic book games so bad?

It's an easy way to cash out on a series' popularity. Just wait until the game is released and reviews come out and you'll be fine. A rare few games like Batman and Injustice: Gods Among Us were pretty good games.

What was the best game of 2014?

I would probably go with GTA V or Destiny for the console. For PC I feel that Binding of Isaac Rebirth was one of the best indie titles.

Your most expected game for 2015

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is on the top of my list thus far.
