I stopped buying myself Pokemon games a long time ago. They have ALWAYS been repetitive, but I stopped because better games came out. I'm still a fan of the series at heart, but the original games had a lot more of the wow factor, even compared to the 3D versions of Pokemon that are now coming out.

Most games are a knock-off of one game or another after all. I play and enjoy tons of them. Even some of the most blatant knockoff games are still fun games nonetheless. I will never play Bejeweled again, though. That game is just boring to me.

I'd say FarCry 4. It's a vast improvement over its predecessor, which was a great game in itself. It's somewhat similar, sure, but not as close as everyone would have you believe. I had way more fun with that game than Destiny at the very least.

I started out with the Sega Genesis and then the Sega Saturn. Those consoles had some great games, especially the Genesis. The Saturn obviously wasn't that big or popular of a gaming console after the N64 came out, but I still had plenty of fun with it.
