    Those games have been recreated on modern technology so many times. Games like Mario and Pong are usually among the first games some game programmers create.

    I feel like retro games have more of a challenge associated with them, while modern games have more of a story attached to a lot of them.

    Definitely games like Super Mario and Tetris. Counter Strike seems to be surviving the test of time pretty well too.
