    RAM cards?

On my business desktop I run 4GB, but I'm upgrading to 8GB (the RAM should be in the mail as we speak). My gaming desktop has 16GB and I'd put in more but the motherboard won't support it (the system is over 3 years old and I've upgraded replaced almost everything but the motherboard and processor).

    Alternative Controllers

Personally, I prefer a keyboard and mouse. I've never been much of a console gamer, especially since they did away with the good old-fashioned joy-stick. I don't like the new hand-held controllers, much less all the other fancy contraptions. This is why I stick to PC gaming these days.

    Puzzle Adventure Games (Like Myst)

Well if you haven't played the Myst games, you might check them out - there was a digitally remastered version of realMyst (which was a digitally reimagining of the original Myst in live rendered 3D, instead of pre-rendered). I think it's on Steam. As for their next game - I'm really excited...

    Dungeon Keeper Mobile

Anyone else here play this game? I've been obsessed with it for months now. I spent a lot of time (I try to avoid spending any real cash on the game) digging out all the rock in my dungeon, so I could more easily reconfigure all the rooms. I've come up with a decently defensible layout...

    Life is feudal

Sounds interesting, but is there an option in the game to not kill/get killed? If not, then griefers will have a field day in a game like that. I generally don't enjoy PVP play unless it's in a controlled environment (like an arena), rather than just out in world where others can join in and...

Oldies Unite! Break out the Pong

Yep, I played Pong back in the day. My uncle had the console and I got to play whenever I visited him. Later I upgraded to the TI-99/4A "PC" and played TI Invaders for hours.

    Disk vs. Digital Download

Definitely digital. No more worrying about losing or damaging the disk, or losing the CD Key when installing onto a new machine. It also saves a lot of room where I don't have to keep stacks and stacks of gaming disks around anymore. It's the same reason I prefer eBooks over regular books. We...

Have you ever pirated a PC game?

I never have. I've always paid for a game, or in some cases just played free-to-play games. In fact my one F2P game, Aion, used to be pay-to-play and had the same pricing model as WoW. Speaking of, I'm still paying for my WoW subscription and have been since 2008. Call me crazy but I still...

    Puzzle Adventure Games (Like Myst)

Anyone here remember the Myst franchise? I loved that game, and all it's sequels. Another puzzle adventure game I really enjoyed was Syberia, and I still have to find the time to play Syberia II, because Syberia III is set to be released in 2015. I've always liked solo-play games so I can spend...

    What's your favorite F2P game?

I've been enjoying Aion for a long time. I recently discovered ArcheAge and Rift and have started to play those a bit, but currently Aion is still my favorite F2P game. It's just something about being able to sprout wings and fly that drew me to that game in the first place (it was a childhood...

    Older Gamers

Well, as an older gamer, I'd like to say that age shouldn't matter - although in games like WoW when running a dungeon with a random group, I often get frustrated by the passions of younger players. They often have no patience, and will get mean if they think you're not keeping up with them...
