    Have Games taught you anything?

I think the only marketable skills games have taught me is English. I don't think I can ever be convinced gaming is a good way to spend my free time aside from the fact that I'm relaxing and having fun doing it. Does that count?

    Best MMORPG?...besides World of Warcraft?

Yeah EVE runs on everything, including my old laptop. What specs are you currently on? The game is like a second job, though, although it's probably a lot of fun to play with guildies or to mess around as soon as you get somewhat advanced you're just playing math... and not the fun kind.

    Will I like a Wii?

I really wouldn't buy a Wii unless you also enjoy the family-friendly, multiplayer aspect. Of course the single player games are fine for long periods of time, but one of its strongest selling points is the fun you can have with others in my opinion. As long as you get to play with others once...

Will most newer games require 6 GB of ram at least?

Some computers come with more slots for you RAM than they've bothered to equip you with, if that's the case you can just buy the same sticks and slot them yourself for a pretty cheap upgrade.

Are you liking there fact that most of the Japanese games are coming to PC?

The whole Japanese anime/gaming culture is becoming mainstream in the west and it's just logical that Japanese PC games will be imported as well. I think it's great, some of these games are extremely creative, you just have to stay away from the really grindy ones. More games and cross-country...

    Fun non-violent multiplayer titles?

I'll try the Sims idea, I bought a Sims 3 package for her already so all I have to do is to hook up my game to hers I suppose? I'll look into it. She doesn't like Minecraft, but she's not opposed to the idea of building/designing games I think. The medieval feel just puts her off, she prefers a...

How to avoid Scamming In Game

If someone wants to trim your armor for free, they can't. It's impossible. Also if you change your password and then log out expecting to receive free stuff upon re-log... you don't. You'll get scammed! :( RuneScape, how much you've taught me about scams...

Is Steam making you spend more on games than you used to do?

Steam sales are the most subtly expensive events of the year with regards to gaming for me... but I think I've learned my lesson now, last steam sale I barely played any of the games I bought. I really like that you have your library online wherever you go though, it's much better than buying a...

    The future of gaming

Haha, I know what you mean. I have some friends that I'm sure would be first in line once you're able to favorably... interact with anime characters. :P But hey, lets try not to judge! I for one really enjoy the clickety-clack of my mechanical keyboard as I type, it's pretty soothing.

Starcraft WCS games on BlizzCon! [spoilers]

Wow, that was intense, especially the semi finals between Life and Taeja. I can't believe the manner which Life found a way (proxy hathery... twice?! Really?) as the only zerg of the RO16 to eventually becoming the champion. The finals were pretty anticlimatic IMO, but those games versus Taeja...

    The Sims 4

It's weird, because they don't even have a Mac version yet like all their other games. Is the game just rushed or did the devs make these decisions consciously? Anyway, I guess they could always fix this kind of stuff later with patches? The most annoying part of the Sims series is that I have...

Have you ever pirated a PC game?

I think I downloaded Age of Empires 1 through a torrent as I just couldn't find a proper version of it (this was only a couple of years back). I also play ROM versions of Gameboy games if that counts? Other than that, I've never pirated a game. After I got a job and my own money it's not really...

    Majora's Mask 3DS

This is a very compelling reason to buy the 3DS for me, I'm really excited. I never finished Majora's Mask before my N64 broke, so I'm really considering this. It's not better than Ocarina of Time though, that's just blasphemous. :p

Reasons for not buying a PS4 just yet

If you can afford it and there's a title you'd like to try, I don't see any reason to wait 18 months if you have time right now. When you have steady work the difference in price is hardly noticeable. But sure, if you're happy with you PS3 there's absolutely no reason to buy the PS4.

    Gameboy games! (on ROM)

Ohh I'd love to play through the Final Fantasy games, great suggestions! Thanks.

    Fun non-violent multiplayer titles?

Does anyone know of any titles, regardless of platform, that are non-violent, multiplayer, preferably co-op versus the environment rather than competition and still be somewhat fulfilling to play? I'm asking for my girlfriend who hates violence (think Pokemon as being too violent), and doesn't...

    Games That Make You Pay

In Candy Crush you can at least set your clock forward for additional tries! And you're not really hurting anyone by spending a ton of money on it, although I personally find it kind of silly. I hate pay to win games with a passion however, especially when they're multiplayer, and I wish the...

What game would you like to see rebooted?

The Zelda games from Nintendo 64... but rejoice, everyone, Majora's Mask is coming out on 3DS soon! http://www.zeldainformer.com/news/the-legend-of-zelda-majoras-mask-3d-is-coming-spring-2015#.VFqqEfmG-So Other than that, I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of Warcraft 3, the game is great with...

Do you actually play games that push your PC?

Everyone I know that bought top-end computers did it for games like Crysis. Now that they grew tired of games with no playability, I guess they have to settle with playing Starcraft and WoW on ultra? Can't help but feel like they wasted their money. Anyway, the only time I've pushed my gaming...

    Best MMORPG?...besides World of Warcraft?

In MMORPG circles, games like WoW are often referred to as Themepark MMORPGS - there's a lot of attractions, but they're linear and you're guided through, e.g. Arena, Battlegrounds, Instances etc. My preferred MMORPG type would be sandbox games, you're free to explore a seamless world, play as...
