    Casual Gamers

You aren't really all that alone out here. There are plenty of us here whom happen to be casual gamers. I myself like to rock the old school game scene on the Playstation 1 and Playstation 2. As for which game I play casually most, well, I don't really casually just play one game at a time, so...

    Bully: Scholarship Edition

Have you ever found a game that you just didn't feel like playing because it looked completely uninteresting to you, only to find out in some way or another that it's a game you really like? This happened to me with the Bully: Scholarship Edition game. Someone mentioned liking it and told me a...

Do you have an extensive collection of games?

I used to have a lot of games, more so than I already do, but over the years it's dwindled as I've gained and lost consoles to play them on. I'm hoping when I get completely settled, to sit down and enjoy some games I haven't gotten to play but would like to.

    Scary Games

I don't really play them, but I like watching psychologically scary games. Not games that have scares in them necessarily, but the ideas behind why the game's events or happening or why characters within the game behave or are a certain way. It's entertaining to see or deal with those kinds of...

Has music changed very much with PC games

Games in general have music that is bound to change with them as they grow better. However, while console game music has improved via leaps and bounds over the years, PC music has been slowly creeping along; which is fine. Good PC music, not bad music, for games hasn't been around too long and...

How did play the original Game boy so much as a kid?

I never really got eyestrain from older consoles or the original Game Boy. To be fair, I barely played a Game Boy before moving on to the Game Boy Color shortly thereafter. Still, none of those ever seemed to bother my eyes. It's possible it hurt you simply since it's been such a long time and...

Did you ever like Final Fantasy 1?

I wouldn't call it a marketable achievement by any means. However, I did like the pixel work in it. I can't say much more than it was okay. It wasn't great, it wasn't even all that good, but the game honestly wasn't a bad game to play. I think Square realized that when they started making more...

Is mobile games gonna kill handhelds?

While this might happen in the distant future, I don't see this happening anywhere close to the foreseeable future or the present. It might seem like mobile games are just as good, but that isn't often the case. Most mobile games are buggy and what would more than likely be considered a beta...

The Wii U Is Slowly Making a Comeback...Sort Of

I'm not sure about a comeback but the WII U is definitely striving to keep up with it's current competitors. Then again, unlike with stuff from PS4 and XboxOne, I'm a bit more lenient towards graphics and the like when it comes to Nintendo, which might be the problem for most fans. We get what...

Do you like single player or multi player content better?

Honestly, it depends on the game. I love games like Don't Starve but it's going to work out much better as a two player game. However, games like the Crash series or the Mario Bros. series are far less fun when more than one person is playing them.

getting a console for the holidays?

I wasn't expecting to get much (and still don't) but recently found out my family up in north carolina are sending me some holiday presents. I know it won't happen but a small part of me hopes for a 3DS, thus I figured I'd make this post. Anybody else excited about what console they might get...

    Movies

I saw the Penguins of Madagascar movie, it was good but not exactly the great movie everyone was claiming it to be. Though I did immensely enjoy the villain scenes in the film; so I'm supposing that made the sit-down worth it in regards to enjoyment.

PC-Ports - Should we demand better?

Honestly, I think we should demand better for console ports. I'm not going to fault anyone or look at the past and complain about it, since it's happened: the PC Ports suck for most originally console-based games. I'm saying we should demand better because the gaming community is largely...

    Fate and Fate II

True, it was simplistic. In the end, it was probably trying to be a kiddie-version knock off of something like Diablo or Fable, or some strange mix of the two. Either way, I still really enjoyed the games immensely back when I played them.

Could you go 24 hours without a screen?

I can do this, and have done this by choice, rather easily. There's more to life than a screen or some form of media always in front of or around me. Thus, 24 hours is no sweat for me. However, I do wonder if I would manage to make it through a week.

    Minecraft Opinions

Well, I'm not a fan of Minecraft but it has nothing to do with my age; I just don't enjoy the game much. If you enjoy the game, then enjoy it. There are probably a lot of people your age whom also enjoy playing it as well. It does have a pretty expansive world though, which is one of the things...

    First PS1 game?

I remember spending a long time playing the original Crash Bandicoot games with my family when I was younger. I don't think I played anything on or even knew we had a Playstation 1 until we came home one day with a Crash Bandicoot game. I don't remember much about that day except for it's also...

What's Your Opinion on Games Where You Farm Materials/Stuff?

I love to play farming games if there's more to the game then just doing the farming. For instance, does farming assist in the craft of something? I do admit to being rather addicted to craft games in that regard. Otherwise, I treat it as just a way to relax.

Don't Starve Together is hitting Early Access

Many of you know of my love for Don't Starve and it's updated version Don't Starve: Reign of Giants. Many of you also know there was a multilayer beta-test for a new update called Don't Starve Together. Well, it's now almost out of beta and should be hitting Steam Early Access this coming Monday!

    Trash talk between friends...

I'll trash talk with friends on a game but we all know there are lines not to cross in regards to what we say when we're doing the trashtalking. Everyone has things they don't want pointed out, even if it's just in light-hearted fun. As long as we know where eachtother's lines are, we're fine.
