Same here. I don't really like buying merchandise all that much but I do like the posters. It I'm really obsessed over a game then I'd consider getting some figurines for it but most of the time I just enjoy the games themselves and ignore the merchandise.

Same here, I was always more a Sega fan than Nintendo but I never got to play any of their sports games aside from NBA Jam which was super excellent. I spent so much time just playing that game and getting good at it. I tried playing it now and I'm back to being terrible though.

Same here. I don't think it was the first video game I ever got to play but I still remember being in awe of it the first time I got to play it. I didn't really play it all that much afterwards, though, but even as a kid I knew the game was special.

I agree that was a pretty good game, although I personally wouldn't rank it near the other fighting games that I like a lot more. It was fine but it was missing something for me.
