Which is your favourite "old school" rpg?

My pick would be FFVII which remains to be the only one I've played to this day. I don't know what it is about that particular title that got me to finally play an rpg but aside from the unskippable cutscenes I really couldn't find much I didn't like about it. I know the story is silly but I...

    Music-themed games over?

I think Guitar Hero is coming out with a new game soon. I doubt it would cause as much of a wave as they did at their peak though, but nonetheless it will probably be a welcome addition to all the people who already have the instruments and have been waiting for new releases for a while now...

Anyone concerned about DLC and Micro-transactions from Nintendo?

I like the concept of. DLC Because it allows developers to keep adding on a game even after a sale, enough that it extends the replay factor of each game exponentially. I think. Nintendo has done fairly well with this too, as the transactions always seem fair from my view.

Why do you think the Wii is more popular than Kinect?

I think it's because Nintendo's audience was a bit of a better fit than MS's when it comes to motion controlled games. Nintendo fans probably love the fun and party aspect of it whereas MS fans probably want something a bit more hardcore.

What made you get a Wii U?

I got mine because there was a very cheap one at a store and I couldn't pass it up. At worst case I thought I'd just sell it but I enjoy playing on it enough that I decided to keep it around. I never really got too much into Nintendo games, to be honest, but my nephews and nieces are enjoying...

Local Multi-player classic game with the most hours played?

Mine would be. Tekken. Me and my friends would usually play it until sunrise and it didn't even matter if it got too repetitive as it was always just fun to learn new combos and get winning streaks. From time to time we would even gamble money or a punishment for the losing team or individual.

    Classic PS1 Games

I would pick Burnout as one of my top picks if not the top one just because it was so fun and fresh and it added something to the racing genre without being too gimmicky about it. It also holds up very well as I still enjoy playing even the first version of the game.

Will arcade games make a comeback?

I don't think so. Some new shops might open but I don't think it will ever peak as much as it did in the past. It's just simply evolved into something way different now and whatever it has contributed lives on in spirit with any rendition of competitive gameplay, but that's probably about it.

    Favorite Open World Game(s)?

Assassins creed and GTA would be my favorites. For some reason I never got too interested with the other titles, most likely just because I don't find the themes too interesting, but these two games have given me months worth of entertainment.

What is the very first video game you remember playing...

Mine was Super Mario and Contra. At the time, NES was already old news but my brother introduced me to it before we ever got a Sega Genesis so I got to play on the old consoles for a while before getting spoiled by new technology which I always thought was pretty cool.

What do you think of game bundles?

I think it's great. Back when the only choice when buying games was to get a physical copy, I don't think games were available for purchase at this cheap of a price and if ever they were they usually were very old or very crappy games. For these discounted prices I still get to find relatively...

    Favorite MOBA?

I like Dota but recently I've been liking a MOBA mobile game called Vainglory a lot more. I originally was skeptical since I only knew of playing MOBAs with a mouse and a keyboard but it was surprisingly very easily controlled, not just in terms of tablet games but just as a game in general. I...

    Bejewled Twist

I love his game and I've even been playing it ever since before touchpads as I originally got addicted to it using a browser on PC. It's Very addictive so I try my best not to get in too deep whenever I play. It's the game that made me aware how simple games can get very addictive and it's what...

    Good mobile for gaming?

I think the Moto G is good enough but if you're looking for other options you could also look into an Asus because they are incredibly cheap with good specs as well as some of the new China brand phones. I heard the Oppo was very good and the one plus one seems very nice for the price also.

    Annoyances with the PS4

Lol. I do that too. I always wait until my friends get the new games or consoles first because they're always excited to anyway so that I could test it out first or at least I will get the benefits without having to pay for it or have trouble getting too addicted. As for the features, yeah, they...

    Robo Cop

I honestly can't distinguish much between the console Robocop games to be honest, but the one I remember the most was the one from the arcades. I loved that game but mostly just because I liked the character to begin with, but from what I remember those arcade games were very well made too.

    What's in your gaming collection?

As of now i only have the ps3 and the games I have for it. All my old consoles are already gone as I unfortunately lost them all in lauding the games for them in between moving houses. I'm planning on buying another one someday but for now I'd much rather just spend my money on current gen games...

    Games to look out for?

I'm looking forward to playing or testing out GTA V on a new console or on PC. I already have it on ps3 but I'm very curious to try out the first person view even though I'm not really a fan of first person view in general because it just looked so fun in the previews. I'm also looking forward...

    What is everyone playing currently?

I'm currently hooked on Vainglory for iOS, a mobile MOBA game. It's my first MOBA and I initially didn't think I'd get hooked on it since I rarely enjoy mobile games but after playing my first game I was immediately impressed and now I can't stop playing it and watching others play it as well...

What do you hope to get

I'm now hooked on a certain game and although it has the potential to become a competitive sport, I don't think it is what I am aiming for since I doubt I can get to be as good at it as some of the other top players, as is the case with most video games I venture into. I just aim to get a few...
