I'd never beat my kids but I have always found a firm tone does the job when needed. There's never a reason to resort to violence; especially when kids are involved.
Mostly things people link me but I use it for music a lot and always refer to it if I am trying to fix something I've never tried before or learn something new,
I've never been a fan of Anime, but if anyone here can recommend me one and I like it, it may just be a new thing for me. I want to know what all the hype is about lol.
Beer and pizza. The convenient combo is perfect for those online gaming sessions that you can't pause. Just grab a bite and a swig of beer while reloading, bosh.
I think I am the only 38-year-old on the planet to have never even tried a Pokemon game. I saw my kids watching Dan TDM play one that looked quite cool though. It was the newest one.
Rogue Company was brilliant (I have the platinum now). A lot of people like Smite too, but I'm not a fan. If you're not worried about platinum, then I'd suggest giving Blacklight a go too.
I do but they're all digital. I keep saying I will build a collection of physical games but I always end up trading them in. At the minute I have two, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Deus Ex: Mankind divided lol.
I'll show my age here and say Super Mario Bros 3 or Super Ghouls and Ghosts. I spent many an hour as a child on these games and being able to play them on my Swtich is awesome.
What games did you like as a kid?
I do but I feel they are vastly overpriced. I mean, I only use mine for classic games (SNES and NES). The kids get a lot of play out of it but it's still a pretty large price tag for what it is.
I'm going to have to go with Outlast and Amnesia: Dark Descent. Both hugely enjoyable games. I grew up with Silent Hill though, so those uniquely terrifying scares will always stay with me.
I think the game was made to be more of a cowboy simulator than anything. The slow-pace and multitude of sim-like elements, I'm sure this was their intention. The game isn't for everyone, I got bored after about 70 hours.
