We heard today that I-play, the mobile game company that there has been so much buzz about lately, is planning to release a new title at the beginning of it's second quarter. The name is..Pillowfight. Yes, Pillowfight. The release of the game will also be bundled with the new feature I-play is working on, called lounge T, where players can show their high scores, play against others, and win prizes that they can download depending on how well they do on their game.
But I know you want to hear about this Pillowfight phenomenon. Evidently what was only done behind locked doors is bursting out of dorm rooms, down the hall, and out into the streets is a flurry of goose down. With this is mind I-play has taken this frivolous experience and put it into your phone. For an extra dash of excitement you can control a French Maid or a Cheerleader in the melee, or even change it to less titillating character type, and get new wallpaper as a prize for your pillow swinging skills.
David Gosen, the CEO of I-play, offered these words about the game: "We've all done it sometime in our life – squared up to someone with only a pillow for defense. The personalization features combined with I-play lounge'sT community element will allow pillow fighters around the world to get the most out of the game and their battles. One thumb gaming and easy to use community features is the perfect combination for Pillowfight and today's mobile gamer looking for a compelling and original form of entertainment."
So, prepare yourself, all you amateur and professional pillow fighters out there! The time will come soon when you have to test your mettle in the simulated pillowfight arena that I-play will be bringing us before you know it. Train, train..this is your moment to shine!
