Intense shooter Bloodhound now available on Xbox

Bloodhound

Bloodhound, a hardcore shooter full of brutal and intense retro-style gameplay and with metal music, will soon debut on Xbox consoles. The game is inspired by old shooters (including Doom, Quake and Painkiller). Bloodhound previously appeared on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The game’s release date for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is scheduled for August 16 this year.

Bloodhound is a first-person shooter created by independent Polish studio Kruger & Flint Productions. The title debuted in July 2023 first on PC, and in June this year it hit PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Now the game is also heading to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

The console versions also include a free expansion – Juicy Retro Style!, which turns Bloodhound into a pixelated boomer shooter. The update also improves the gunplay itself and introduces new comic-book story inserts.

In Bloodhound, the player takes on the role of a member of the secret Templar order, who fights against the demonic cult of the devilish Astaroth. The game stands out for its stylish graphics, references to apocalyptic motifs, and gameplay focused on great dynamics and a high level of brutality.

Bloodhound’s gameplay is inspired by classic shooters. The game’s creators point to inspirations from shooters from years ago, such as Doom, Quake and Painkiller. The player will encounter a total of 16 types of enemies and 5 bosses, and a diverse set of weapons will help in dealing with them.
