Capcom has announced that Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 8. No Switch or 3DS version are planned.
Continuing from the first MMLC, Collection 2 will contain Mega Man 7 from SNES, Mega Man 8 from the original Playstation, and the retro last gen de-makes of Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10. Like original collection, there will be a virtual museum filled with art, music and info retro fans should love, a challenge mode, checkpoint saves, and even a new options to adjust the amount of damage you take.
This collection will cost $19.99.
– Opinion: Glad to see a second collection and makes me thirsty for a new gen X Collection. However, I can’t help but me a little disappointed more Mega Man games were not included in this second collection. Where is Mega Man & Bass or Mega Man Soccer? Or better yet, give us a ported version of Rockman Fighters. But it is still nice to see Capcom not forgetting about their old game thanks to the original Mega Man Legacy Collection and the recently released Capcom Afternoon Collection.
