In what appears to be the trend of bowing out of the busy 2004 holiday game season this year, Ubisoft has announced the delay of [i]Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory[/i] until March 2005.
This comes with a bit of good news, however, as Ubisoft also confirmed that Chaos Theory would be released for the PS2 and GameCube, saying that the delay was to allow players on Xbox, PlayStation 2, GameCube, and PC to discover [the game] at the same time.” This is unprecedented, as the previous [i]Splinter Cell[/i] games always debuted on PC and Xbox before the PS2 and GameCube.
