Crave Entertainment Group announced today that Vicent Bitetti will become the company’s new President. Bitetti brings his 15 years of experience in interactive entertainment along with him from numerous other industries, one of which included TDK Mediactive.
“Vincent is a welcome addition to the CEG team,” said Nima Taghavi, chief executive officer of Crave Entertainment Group. “With his solid background and proven accomplishments in operating a public company and his extensive licensing and publishing expertise, his experience will be integral to Crave Entertainment Group as the company continues to evolve into a top tier entertainment distribution and publishing company.”
In related news, Crave also announced that a new $58 million credit facility with GE Capital Corporation, a move that offers the publisher revolving credit and refinancing for their existing debt.
