Article Discussion Forum

Great Minds think a like Hank :) So where is the Article Discussion Board. It should be official and easy to find and each article should have a link at the bottom that takes people directly to the board appropriate for it. Chock full of ideas I am tonight.
 
I hope by now there will have been lots of forums and groups that have been created for commenting on articles. I love to read and comment on articles and I have some blogs where I do that.
