I don't know much about this, but as far as I do know, Stablecoin is a crypto that's connected to the US dollar? That would make sense as to why they chose that one over some of the others out there, which can be more volatile. Either way, glad to see major players in the financial world getting on board with it.
 
I would definitely be interested in seeing them cards accepting and supporting other coins. I know that the major issue would be dealing with the volatility of those coins.
