Okay, so I know it's called U-Stream or U-Share. But has anyone utilized it yet?
Basically, it's an app on the PS4 that allows you to stream your live gameplay through twitch or u-stream. You can tell your friends to click on it and watch whatever you're doing, and it can even record commentary if you're not in a party.
I did this while playing Don't Starve. It's such fun allowing everyone to see you struggle and/or die.
