How many times do you brush your teeth everyday? I brush my teeth twice everyday, once in the morning and once at night after eating my dinner. I do it this way because it makes my mouth to feel fresh all the time.

Do you brush your teeth more than once in a day?

Normally, brushing of teeth supposed to be twice everyday. Sometimes, laziness can make me to brush once in a day and that will be when I wake up in the morning. I don't have mouth odour so I believe that brushing once can also serve me so far I did it perfectly in the morning.

I brush my teeth at least twice a day every day. Sometimes I will brush it three times if I get something stuck in my teeth or if I feel I need to clean my teeth but for the most part, twice a day is normal for me.

I know of some people who only brush their teeth twice a day and they say that has been enough for them.
