I'm Thinking About Buying A Projector. Any Tips?

So, I'm thinking about buying a projector, and setting up a wicked gaming room... Any tips?
I'm thinking about spending the least possible, of course.
What are the main specs I should be worried about?
My living room is not that big...

Any suggestions, tips, or help of any kind will be deeply appreciated!

This site seems like a good place to start, as it even takes into account input lag, which is a pretty big deal if you want to take gaming seriously.

I'd strongly recommend going with an LED projector. They may be more expensive initially for the unit itself, but good god - the lamps on traditional projectors are EXPENSIVE when they burn out.
