Which gaming injury have you had?

Have you ever had any injuries when playing video games? I used to have thumb injuries back then with playing on my Playstation 1. The controller is too strong that it keeps injuring me from playing too much.

None so far, apart from having headaches from playing for too long, that's it and I wouldn't even think of that as a gaming injury.

The only thing that always happen to me when I play game is a longtime headache that will be banging as if someone is knocking at my head. Sometimes my eyes will be too blur to see things clearly. Well, I don't know if I will call them injury because I didn't see any blood from them. When the headache starts, I know that's the right time to stop playing that game.

I once hit my wrist on the table mistakenly when I played some games. It was so painful and it took days before I can make use of my right hand in completing any chores at home.

I can't remember having game related injury. Whenever I play games, I try to feel calm and relaxed, and it has been helpful for me. I don't want to think about injuries when I play games. I mean, it doesn't even make any sense for me at all to break a wrist, for instance, as a result of playing games.

I remember when I played Wii Sports and also now Nintendo Switch Sports, I would play for a while trying to get better at the game and I often used to pull my shoulder, especially when playing the bowling mode on these games.

I've never been injured playing any video game since I started playing games and I don't think there is anything that is going to cause me any injury because I know went to stop.
